04:17 so their person wouldn't fall alone.

04:21 moment.

04:27 became something almost impossible to

04:31 In Tibetan Buddhism, dogs are considered

04:33 protectors against negative spiritual

04:45 there is this quiet agreement.

05:32 trying to learn how to be present.

05:34 How to stop dragging the past into every

05:36 moment.

05:37 How to stop fearing the future.

05:39 How to simply be here.

05:41 In this breath.

05:44 In this life.

05:48 all of it naturally.

05:50 No anxiety about what happened last

05:51 week.

05:53 No dread about what might happen

05:54 tomorrow.
